We delivered a comprehensive structural overhaul, beginning with full site setup and a meticulous strip‑out of roof coverings, partitions, ceilings, and redundant services. As works progressed, over 20 structural steels were installed throughout the loft, mezzanine, and roof levels, seamlessly transitioning into new timber framing, dormer construction, and reinforced joisting. These structural upgrades paved the way for a complete roof build‑up featuring slate and flat systems, lead‑clad dormers, insulation, and new guttering.
Externally, brickwork repairs, party wall extensions, and gable wall raising in reclaimed brick helped unify old and new elements, while new windows, rooflights, and internal stud partitions brought the interior back to life. Finally, plastering, hardwall preparation, and finishing works tied the project together, creating a refined, structurally enhanced space ready for its next chapter.
