FEATURED PROJECT:

We delivered a full enabling package including site clearance, controlled demolition, and a complete internal soft strip with safe M&E isolation. Temporary works were installed to provide weatherproofing, rainwater management, and structural support to neighbouring structures. Substructure operations covered bulk excavation, new foundations, retaining walls, and full ground preparation with damp‑proofing.

To follow, structural works included extensive concrete installations, reinforced formwork, and the erection of steel beams, columns, and frames for the new extension. All flooring systems and architectural elements were completed in alignment with the architect and structural engineer’s specifications.
