FEATURED PROJECT:

We delivered a full structural and architectural transformation, beginning with careful demolition and strip‑out across all floors, supported by detailed condition and asbestos surveys. New structural openings, chimney removal, and adjusted window and door configurations reshaped the internal layout, reinforced by extensive steel and timber framing.

 

Leading to the floors being upgraded with acoustic insulation and precision plywood detailing, while the entire roof was replaced with modern GRP waterproofing, Kingspan insulation, and new rooflight openings. A new rear bay and walk‑on roof patio were constructed with natural slate, composite decking, and integrated drainage. External works, rainwater systems, and bespoke staircase refurbishments completed a comprehensive redevelopment that modernised the property from top to bottom.
