FEATURED PROJECT:

We provided a complete package beginning with full site setup, protection of existing finishes, and careful demolition and strip‑out of internal elements. Excavation and new concrete foundations were formed, followed by construction of the ground floor build‑up with joists, insulation, DPM, and plywood flooring. Masonry works included new blockwork, cavity insulation, brickwork, DPCs, and structural lintels, alongside timber stud partitions and pocket‑door installations.

 

Following this, a new pitched roof structure was built with insulation, slate coverings, lead flashings, and full M&E upgrades including plumbing, heating, electrics, and fire safety systems. The project was completed with high‑quality drylining, decoration, and external works such as paving, retaining steps, fencing, drainage, and level transitions across garden zones.
