Our team is currently progressing through a full structural upgrade, beginning with complete site setup and a careful strip‑out of roof coverings, internal partitions, ceilings, and redundant services. As the building opens up, we are installing over twenty engineered steel beams and reinforced timber framing, steadily reshaping the loft, mezzanine, and roof levels. These structural works flow directly into the formation of new slate and flat roof systems, complete with lead‑clad dormers, upgraded insulation, and modern guttering.
Meanwhile, external brickwork repairs, party‑wall extensions, and gable wall raising are helping unify the building envelope, as new windows, rooflights, and internal stud partitions begin defining the refreshed interior. As we advance, detailed plastering and finishing works are tying each phase together, transforming the property step by step into a stronger, more refined structure ready for its next stage.
