FEATURED PROJECT:

We completed a full basement redevelopment package including site setup, hoarding, and controlled demolition of external and internal structures. Major excavation works were completed for new foundations, vault underpinning, lightwell formation, and upgraded drainage systems. The substructure was rebuilt with beam‑and‑block flooring, rigid insulation, underfloor heating, reinforced concrete slabs, and fibre‑enhanced screeds.

Leading onto a comprehensive drainage and waterproofing were installed, alongside new cavity walls, partitions, lintels, and matched brickwork. The project was completed with new roofing works, bespoke joinery, upgraded heating and plumbing, full electrical installations, and high‑quality finishes throughout.
